Eapa End User Service License Terms

1 Confirmation of Service Consent

All operations including downloading, installing, opening and logging into the Eapa mobile application will be deemed as full confirmation that you accept all clauses of this service license terms. If you cannot accept any content within this document, you must immediately stop using the service and delete all related program files from your mobile equipment.

Eapa reserves the right to adjust the terms according to business changes and legal updates. Users need to regularly check the latest version released inside the App.

2 Standard of User Eligibility

Users using Eapa must have reached the legal age of majority stipulated by local laws. Minors can only use the service under legal guardian supervision, and guardians bear all legal liabilities for minor operations. Account registration means you confirm full civil capacity to sign this agreement.

3 Account Management Obligations

• All registration information submitted must be true, complete and valid;
• You take full responsibility for account password and verification code confidentiality;
• Notify us immediately if abnormal login or data leakage occurs;
• Eapa may freeze or permanently close accounts with false information or abnormal operations.

4 Restricted Behaviors During Service Use

Any of the following actions will be identified as a breach, and we have authority to restrict or permanently close your account access:

• Publish illegal, violent, slanderous, pornographic or inappropriate content;
• Reverse decompile, crack or modify Eapa program source code;
• Use crawlers/scripts to occupy server resources and brush data;
• Impersonate others to defraud information and interests on the platform;
• Transmit viruses and malicious code through service channels.

5 Intellectual Property Ownership Statement

All texts, interface images, source codes and brand logos of Eapa belong to our intellectual property rights. Without written official approval, copying, extraction or commercial utilization is prohibited. User uploaded content remains your ownership, and Eapa obtains free non-exclusive display permission within the App.

6 Service Stability Risk Explanation

Eapa will conduct regular maintenance and version upgrades, which may cause temporary service suspension. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance as far as possible, while sudden failures may trigger emergency shutdown without notice. The platform does not guarantee full compatibility with all mobile devices, and equipment incompatibility risks shall be borne by users.

7 Liability Exemption Clauses

Within the scope permitted by law, Eapa shall not compensate indirect losses including profit loss, data damage and reputation loss caused by your use of the platform. All risks arising from your personal operation shall be borne independently.

8 Termination of Service Cooperation

You can apply for account cancellation at any time to terminate service relations. Eapa may also stop providing services when you seriously violate the agreement. After termination, account login permission will be closed, and irrelevant user data will be cleaned per privacy rules.
